  Dear Parents, This week, we completed the following: Journeys : Lesson 24, Sitting In for Rights Grammar Unit 15 : Future Will, Future Going to, Time clause (halfway) Science Unit 24 : Soil Math Ch. 12 Units 2-3: Expressing fractions as percentages - Percentage of a Quantity Literary Elements : "Main Idea" Novels : "Out of My Mind" & "Matilda" Today, students took lesson 24 and grammar unit 14 quizzes! Dear Parents, It will be an honor to see you all tomorrow, Saturday, April 12, during the "Parent-Teacher" conference to discuss your child's progress in 6th grade. This semester, we are also focusing on "Literary Elements" to help students improve their overall ability to create complete and solid essays. Please don't forget to check and sign the English exams so that students may return them to us by Monday, April 14, at the latest!
