Week 3 - Genre & Subgenre worksheet (answer key)

Dear Parents, This week, we completed the following: Journeys Lesson 18 – A Gift for Troy Grammar – Unit 11: Present Perfect Simple vs. Past Simple; Used to (halfway) Science – Unit 20: Energy Conversion Math – Chapters 9 and 11; Unit 1: Sections 1.1–1.2 Novel – Out of My Mind and Matilda This week's quiz has been postponed to Monday, March 3 . Please encourage your children to review Lesson 18 spelling, vocabulary, and genre/subgenre in the Language Handbook (pp. 70–74).

Dear Parents, This week, we covered the following: Journeys: Lesson 17 – The Great Wall of China Grammar: Unit 10 – Present Perfect Simple Math: Chapter 9, Unit 2 (Sections 2.2–2.3) Science: Unit 20 – Energy Conversion Novels: Out of My Mind and Matilda Today, students took their first quiz, which covered Lessons 16-17 (Spelling & Vocabulary) and Grammar Unit 10 .
